I did a course called a "Study Certainty Course". I did some confronting drills and I found while doing the drills that I was becoming more there as I continued. I finally realized the full potential of the drills when I did the final drill on the course. Another student was asking me questions and I was answering them and even though there were many other people around and noises and such, I found I was completely there answering the questions correctly with no additives and no outside interference. That was a huge win for me.
