If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with the handling of the people I worked with, helping them with upsets and with injuries and also with becoming completely familiar with their work site, which resulted in less accidents occurring and the staff were happier in their work environment.
